& Payments 

We’re committed to offering a reliable, prompt, and affordable service for small businesses, and we’re proud that many of our clients go on to become dear friends.
 

Once you’ve received your quote and invoice (sent via email), we kindly ask that payment is made by bank transfer within 7 days, unless otherwise stated in the invoice details. Please note that designs and artwork will only be released once payment has been received in full.

We understand that plans can change and will always do our best to accommodate adjustments. However, to ensure fairness and cover time already invested, the following cancellation fees apply

  • Within 30 days of your scheduled booking: £59 flat fee

  • Within 14 days: £99 fee plus any applicable travel costs

  • Within 4 days: £299 (standard day rate) plus travel costs


Modifications, such as changes to time or date, must be requested at least 14 days before your booking. All changes are subject to availability.


Non-attendance without prior notice will incur a charge of 100% of the agreed fee, plus any additional costs already incurred such as travel, props, or materials.

This policy applies to all in-person or on-site bookings, tutorials, consultations, and agreed proposals. It does not apply to phone conversations or informal discussions.
